Transitions (formerly Susquhanna Valley Women in Transition) is a local crime victim advocacy center in Lewisburg. They offer a crisis hotline and advocacy for survivors to assist with medical and legal processes.

The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) is a leading national resource originating here in PA, the "if you need help" section and "if you were raped" sections provide valuable information on what happens next. This site also has a variety of resources for helping you get involved with the fight against sexual assault.
