Spring 2012 Fitness/Wellness Programs
SPRING BREAK SHAPE UP: Melt away the unwanted pounds before Spring Break with this intense week program. Every Monday for 6 weeks each particpant will get a cardio and weight training workout to follow. Following a High Intensity Interval Training cardio program along with the weight training you will look great for the beach at Spring Break! Get ready to rev up your metabolism and jump start your
fitness goals.

FIT 3-0 GROUP FITNESS REWARDS PROGRAM: It's time to GET FIT and stick to your New Year's
Resolutions with your choice of Group Fitness Classes! Here's a program that you can stick to, have fun, and get rewards along the way!
Sign up at the front desk of the KLARC beginning Wednesday, January 18 through Tuesday, January 31. At the time of sign up you will receive your Get Fit Rewards Card. You will get credit for a MAXIMUM of 3 classes per week. When you attend a group fitness class you will get your card punched at the front desk.
Rewards will be given for completing workouts 10, 20 and 30.
