Spring Break Shape Up: MELT AWAY THE UNWANTED POUNDS BEFORE SPRING BREAK WITH THIS INTENSE 6 WEEK PROGRAM!!!!! An easy new twist to a Fitness Program!
Each week beginning Monday, January 30 through Monday, March 5 (last program sent out) every particpant will get a High Intensity Interval Cardio Program and a Strength Training Workout to follow via e-mail. Every week will be different. It will be intense and sure to get you looking GREAT for the beach at Spring Break!!!!!
This program takes all the thinking out of your workout. You will have minute to minute cardio workouts as well as step by step pictures and written instructions for every strength exercise!!! You can't beat it!!!!!
Sign up with Annette via e-mail at annette.stutzman@bucknell.edu. Once you sign up you will get a confirmation e-mail. Your first workout will be sent on Monday, January 30.

FIT 3-0 GROUP FITNESS REWARDS PROGRAM: It's time to GET FIT and stick to your New Year's Resolutions with your choice of Group Fitness Classes! Here's a program that you can stick to, have fun, and get rewards along the way!
Sign up at the front desk of the KLARC beginning Wednesday, January 18 through Tuesday, January 31. At the time of sign up you will receive your Get Fit Rewards Card. You will get credit for a MAXIMUM of 3 classes per week. When you attend a group fitness class you will get your card punched at the front desk.
Rewards will be given for completing workouts 10, 20 and 30.
