Dana is a Laborer in the Facilities department and Lakeisha is an Assistant Professor of Education. Their work impacts hundreds of students each year at Bucknell.
Meeting the needs of today's working couples is what Bucknell's Dual Career Program (DCP) is all about. If you are the spouse or partner of a newly recruited or recently hired full-time faculty or staff member relocating to the Lewisburg area, Human Resources can assist you in your search for employment in the surrounding community.
The DCP can:
- critique a resume, cover letter, or other documents
- provide general information on employment in the region;
- help identify appropriate employers and make connections with key contacts.

The Dual Career program offers a wide range of services to assist relocating spouses or partners in their job search, and to their families in settling into the area. Services include: up-to-date information on the local job market, résumé and cover letter preparation, job search strategy, and information about the community and all that it offers.
