A private and secure online portal, MyKeyCare.org allows students and their treatment providers to manage students’ health quickly and easily.

From any computer, tablet or smartphone, students can request appointments with BSH, message BSH doctors and nurses, check results of lab tests and upload their health records. MyKeyCare meets federal privacy regulations related to both student records and healthcare, so students can rest assured that their online health records are accessible only to themselves and the clinicians treating them. || Register or log in; brochure.

What portion of my medical record will I be able to view online?

  • Through MyKeyCare, you can check results of common diagnostic and lab tests and access medical information that you have uploaded to your record.

How soon can I expect a response if I send a message to Bucknell Student Health?

  • BSH will make every effort to respond to your message within one to two business days. Messages sent over weekends or holidays will be answered during business hours. Should you need to speak to someone sooner, please call us directly at 570-577-1401. In case of an emergency, please call 911.

Can I use MyKeyCare to schedule BSH appointments?

  • You can request an appointment at MyKeyCare.org for routine BSH visits with a doctor or nurse.

What if I forget my User ID and password?

  • From the MyKeyCare log-in screen, you can reset your password or retrieve your User ID. You may also contact the MyKeyCare support team for assistance by e-mailing KeyHIEsupport@keyhie.org. For security reasons, Bucknell University staff members do not know your password.

Is my medical information secure and private?

  • Yes. When using MyKeyCare, all communications between you and the Bucknell Student Health team are carried over a secure connection. All MyKeyCare users have their own unique User ID and password. This information should not be shared with anyone and should be kept in a safe place. To give you convenient, high quality care, Bucknell Student Health professionals will have access to your MyKeyCare information. The same patient confidentiality guidelines that apply to professionals in hospitals or doctors' offices also apply to Bucknell Student Health staff members who access your record. If you receive treatment at Evangelical Hospital in Lewisburg, Pa., or Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa., those clinicians will also have access to the documents you upload to MyKeyCare. Additionally, healthcare professionals at more than 50 participating Pennsylvania healthcare providers will be able to access your health record if you become a patient with them.

Can I update my healthcare information in MyKeyCare?

  • Yes. In addition to uploading your Student Medical Form, you can upload health information from any doctor or healthcare professional who has cared for you or from any hospital or clinic where you have received care. Simply scan the document and add it to the Records section of MyKeyCare.org.
