Simply schedule a consultation with us by sending an email to, and we will help you develop a digital communications plan that might include web pages, video, slideshows, digital signage, an eNewsletter, social media or other digital tools. We love digital projects, big and small, and we look forward to working with you.

Our work, provided free of charge to the Bucknell community, includes:

  • Designing webpages
  • Building web-based applications
  • Consulting with departments on their digital communications goals and projects
  • Collaborating with departments to keep their websites up-to-date and user-friendly
  • Producing original videos to support major initiatives and to tell the Bucknell story
  • Curating photo slideshows
  • Mobile app development, in collaboration with Library & IT
  • Digital signage content development and management
  • Managing Bucknell's presence on Flickr and YouTube
  • Producing unique content for special events (Reunion, Orientation, Homecoming, etc.)
  • Developing templates for eNewsletters

The Digital Communications Center is located on the second floor of the Ellen Clarke Bertrand Library in suite 224.


Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (except for when we come in early, or stay late, or when everyone is at a meeting at the same time; usually someone is here over the lunch hour)


All services offered by the Digital Communications team are provided free of charge to the Bucknell community.
