Academic Awards: Teaching awards, senior prizes, annual student awards and honorary degrees
Stephen W. Taylor Medal: For extraordinary service to Bucknell; the most significant honor granted by the University
Burma-Bucknell Bowl: For outstanding contributions to intercultural and international understanding
Staff Awards: The John F. Zeller Award for outstanding contributions by support staff, the Walter C. Geiger Award for outstanding contributions by administrative staff, and the Barry R. Maxwell Award for outstanding cross-functional efforts
Presidential Professors: The rank of Presidential Professor was established by Bucknell in 1972. Appointed for a three-year term, Presidential Professors are entitled to additional support for scholarship and research. To date, 30 faculty members have earned the distinction.
