Much Higher Level of Support

The Tech Desk supports every computer on campus, but we can offer a much higher level of support for PCs and Macs in the Bison Laptop program.

For the Bison Laptop PCs, we can reinstall the operating system if necessary, provide warranty support, and order parts as needed. We can't do any of that for you if you decide to purchase a PC from outside of the Bison Laptop program.For Bison Laptop Macs, we provide warranty support, loaner laptops, and some degree of hardware support.

Four Years of Care

Bucknell's Bison Laptop program offers support for your entire time at Bucknell. (Note: the warranty coverage for parts varies depending on your purchase). Even if your machine is out of warranty, we'll extend the same quality of care to you. We'll offer a loaner, work on your machine, and try to get you back in business.

We're proud to say that Bucknell's laptop program is one of the most complete programs, not just among its peer institutions, but across the country!
