In ILTM, 18 to 24 rising juniors in engineering, management and the liberal arts participate in an intensive summer program that focuses on globalization, ethics, communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork and leadership. SMIF is a two-semester experiential course in which a select group of Bucknell seniors and 2nd semester juniors manages approximately $1.7 million of Bucknell's endowment in two funds.
