Since December 2011, Michael Marquis has been responsible for the Global Oral Care Franchise, with core responsibilities including global strategy, marketing, innovation and business development initiatives.
Prior to his role in Oral Care, Michael was responsible for the Aveeno Franchise in the US including overall strategy, marketing, and innovation. Michael led the brand's entry into the highly competitive Hair Care market while instituting programs to improve the brand's sustainability profile.
Michael started his career at Johnson & Johnson in the Finance department where he worked on several acquisition opportunities. He joined Beauty Care Marketing in 1999 and supported the CLEAN & CLEAR®, AMBI®, and SHOWER TO SHOWER® brands. Under his leadership, CLEAN & CLEAR® enjoyed several years of double-digit growth through meaningful product and marketing innovation.
Michael graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting from Bucknell University.
