Co-Founder and CEO of StellaService

Jordy Leiser '06 is the Co-Founder and CEO of StellaService, the customer service ratings and analytics company bringing unprecedented transparency and insight to the way companies service their customers. Through its independent and ongoing assessments of each company's customer service performance, StellaService helps consumers make more informed purchasing decisions while also providing invaluable information to companies, helping them measure, benchmark and grow their businesses.

StellaService works with retailers and brands ranging from Walmart to Zappos.com to find operational efficiencies and improve the overall experience for their customers. StellaService's data is also used by search engines like Google to help online shoppers make more informed buying decisions.

During his college years, Jordy worked at Major League Baseball and IMG where he assisted with events, brand management and licensing for various sports and entertainment properties.

Prior to founding StellaService, Jordy worked in investment banking at JPMorgan, where he focused on leveraged buyouts and other transactions for private equity-backed consumer retail brands.

After seeing firsthand the value of great customer service for retailers - both from the business and consumer perspectives - Jordy teamed up with longtime friend and college roommate John Ernsberger to create a robust system for measuring and rating the customer service performance of online retailers. Jordy and John officially launched StellaService in March 2010.

Jordy has appeared on CNBC's Squawk Box and Closing Bell, NPR and Bloomberg TV and has been quoted in national publications including The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, Reuters, TIME, CNN.com, Ad Age, WWD as well as other TV and print media nationwide.

A Colorado native, Jordy graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Economics and Political Science and completed the year-long General Course at the London School of Economics.
