Jim Buck is Visiting Assistant Professor of English. He holds an MA in Comparative Literature from Ohio University and an MFA in Creative Writing (fiction) from the University of Maryland. His fiction has appeared in West Branch and The Westminster Review, and he has been a resident in fiction at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts.  He recently returned from Cyprus where, as a Fulbright Scholar he taught courses on American Short Fiction and on Post-Modern American Literature.
