Group Fitness offers the campus community opportunities to experience well-run fitness programs that are fun, challenging, and safe! The Office of Recreation Services believes fitness should be rewarding and enjoyable! Our Group Fitness instructors are nationally certified and equipped to assist each and every participant that walks through the studio door.
We offer a variety of classes throughout the week that range from strength, step, high intensity to cycling, yoga, and power pilates! Enjoy the atmosphere of a group led class certain to motivate and encourage you to give the extra push to the end.
Classes are scheduled 45 - 60 minutes in duration, Monday - Friday throughout the fall and spring semesters.
