Looking for a particular type of class? Are you curious about what each class entails? Check out our Group Fitness descriptions and see if there is a class that's right for you! Every instructor is qualified to adjust the class format to suit the needs of beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants. We welcome ALL LEVELS of group fitness enthusiasts to attend!

H.I.T - A step interval class utilizing a variety of combinations. Be prepared to have your heart rate elevated!

KICKBOXING - A non-contact kickboxing class utilizing basic kicks and punches on a heavy bag. Designed as a total body workout, this class will make you sweat!

MAX 30* - 30 minutes max effort circuit based class. Incorporates cardiovascular, strength, and body weight exercises. Be ready to move and work in this class!

MAX 410 - 40 minutes interval based class broken up into four 10 minute intervals.  Incorporates cardiovascular, strength, and body weight exercises. Be ready to move and work in this class!

MEDITATION - Be present and learn to calm the mind and still the body. Students will learn to remain in deep conscious relaxation, while being guided through the practice. Classes will focus on various meditation techniques; breathe work and finding calmness and clarity.

POWER PILATES - This pilates class is packed with a punch.  Beginning with core work in a mat pilates fashion and then incorporating upper and lower body movements.  This class focuses on core strength and elongated upper and lower body muscles.

POWER VINYASA - This yoga class strengthens and relaxes the body through a series of sun salutations and classic Vinyasa asanas.

RESTORATIVE YOGA- Self-care is a necessity to our well-being. This class focuses on restoring the mind, body, and soul using the breath and body-work of a vinyasa style yoga flow.

RIPPED RIDE* - A cycling class like no other. A total cardiovascular and high intensity cycling class covering challenging hills and sprint intervals

SPINNING* - A fun and upbeat cycling class for people of all athletic levels. Get ready for a workout of hills and interval training that will get your body in shape!

STACKED - This fun and upbeat class will focus on cardiovascular endurance and strength. Be prepared for full body workouts, using your own body weight, free weights and resistance bands. Various moves and exercises that athletes routinely perform will be incorporated.

STRONG FOUNDATION YOGA - This class will focus on building a strong foundation in your mind and body through practicing breathing exercises, physical postures that focus on strength and flexibility and combining it all with a vinyasa flow. This is a perfect yoga class for any athlete or runner.

TABATA - High intensity interval training combining cardio, strength and core using body weight and/or dumbbells in the traditional Tabata format.

TRX® Suspension Training®* - A revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual's own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

VINYASA YOGA - This athletic approach to yoga will incorporate sun salutations, flexibility, strength and balance. Students will flow through sequences and enjoy poses that are linked to the breath. This class will also focus on learning correct alignment and the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga.

YOGA - This class is fitness-based focusing on flexibility and strength through breath work and Vinyasa, or flow of yoga postures.

ZUMBA - An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness- class. This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

If you see ** next to a class on the schedule, that indicates that class size is limited and a "FIT TIX" is required for entrance. FIT TIX are available 1 hour prior to class, limit 1 per person and are located at the front desk of KLARC.
