I graduated with a Ph.D. in Rural Sociology and Human Dimensions of Natural Resources and the Environment from Penn State University in 2013. My time at Bucknell has unfolded in two phases, having graduated in ‘03 and taken my position with Place Studies in 2012. My research interests are: rural communities, rural livelihoods, human-environment interactions, and values.

Current Classes:
Rural Poverty in the United States with Prof. Milofsky and a Community Practicum for Sophomores in the Environmental Residential college.
