Bucknell University is commemorating its 125th anniversary of co-education by holding a special celebration and symposium during Homecoming Weekend 2009. At this important juncture, we will share memories and experiences of our students, faculty and staff, assess the current status of co-education at Bucknell and reflect upon the progress we have made toward creating a campus environment that fosters and celebrates the equality, excellence, and interdependence of all of its members.

We look forward to holding this event in conjunction with the established tradition of Homecoming, and to the ways in which we believe this weekend will provide for a rich and meaningful experience for all those who participate as we honor this important milestone in Bucknell's history.
