Dr. Marina Shafran is a licensed psychologist who received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University in 2011.

Marina enjoys working with students from diverse backgrounds. Her professional interests include working with issues of adjustment, transition, and identity; trauma and abuse; loss and grief; and personality issues. Her therapy style is influenced by rational emotive, humanistic, multicultural perspectives and she uses a collaborative style when working with individuals.
