Why We Like R.A.D

  • R.A.D. Systems has at its foundation education and awareness.

  • The course includes lecture, discussion, and self defense techniques, suitable for women of all ages and abilities. Classes range from nine to twelve hours in length.

  • R.A.D. Systems balance the needs of women to acquire self defense education in a relatively short period of time, with the life long commitment required for physical skill mastery. How? By providing short term training opportunities in a progressive building block format, and combining each with R.A.D.'s trademark Lifetime Return and Practice Policy.

  • R.A.D. is the only self defense program ever endorsed by the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA).


  1. Do I need any prior experience to attend this class? Do I need to be in top physical shape to participate?
    No. This program is designed for the average woman with no previous experience or background in physical skills training.

    It is FREE!
  3. How long is this program?
    The Basic Physical Defense Program is a minimum of nine hours and a maximum of twelve.
