"Bucknell encouraged me to think outside the box. Jeremy Walker '00 and I had the idea to start a film club, Hoodwink and Hooey. The students supported us, but more important, so did the faculty. When I came to Los Angeles, I was used to starting from scratch and taking risks and realized I was already ahead of the game. I learned a lot more about what it takes to put on a large-scale production at Bucknell than I would have in film school."
