About our Alumni

Alumni of the mathematics department have gone on to many different kinds of careers and opportunities after graduation. In data collected since 1999, our graduates have gone on to work as consultants, actuaries, teachers at various levels, software developers, and have been employed by investment banks, engineering firms, insurance companies, the military, and various school districts in and out of Pennsylvania.

For those students who have gone on to pursue a further degree, many options are available after completing a mathematics degree. Some of our students have gone on to study mathematics and statistics. Other have gone to study such diverse fields as law, medicine, music, economics, business, French, architecture, and many others.
