Video/DVD Scheduling for Classroom Showing

Please use this form to request a video or DVD to be held, at the Circulation Desk, for a classroom showing. If you need more than five videos/DVDs you may submit the form again for additional titles. If you would like to schedule a class showing in fewer than four days please call Mary Jean Moser at 7-3287 to make sure it is available. Please note if you specifically need a certain format (video, DVD, widescreen, letterbox) or version (year produced, director, actor/actress) of the title.
