Advising Information

Human Diversity and Natural and Fabricated World Courses including commentary by faculty on how criteria are met. (Starting in Spring 2005, only courses in this list satisfy the HUMD or NFBW requirement.) Note: Not all courses are offered in any given year or semester.

SUBMITTING HUMAN DIVERSITY AND NATURAL AND FABRICATED WORLDS COURSES FOR APPROVAL: Go to myBucknell. You’ll need to use your file services username and password. These are the same username and password you use to log into your office computer. There is a Channel (Box) named Common Learning Agenda with a button to "Enter Broadened Perspective Course".

If Faculty can not use (or choose not to use) myBucknell, please download the following word documents and send it by email to your Departmental Academic Assistant so that she/he can enter it for you. The first time the Assistant is asked to do this, you may need to provide this URL as well, so that she/he can "add the channel". To add the channel:

Login in to myBucknell
Select "content/layout" from the upper left-hand corner
Select "add a channel" where you want the CLA information to go
Select "Academic Departments" from the category options list, then "go"
Select "Common Learning Agenda" from the Channel Options, then "Add a Channel"
Return to myBucknell (return link is in the upper left corner just under the Bucknell logo).
