How To Register

The Office of Recreation Services wants to make signing up for intramurals as painless and hassle-free as possible. Follow the instructions below and you'll be signed up and ready to play in no time!

  1. Obtain an Entry Form - Forms can be found at the Office of Recreation Services, located in the Gerhard Fieldhouse.  Look under the Intramural information board, located against the hallway outside of the Office.  Or, download a form from our website.  Just click on "Entry Forms", click on the form you need, and print it off.
  2. Signing Consent - Next, make sure that you and your team all sign the consent form that is accompanied with the entries.  Read the consent, print your name legibly in the left column, and sign your name in the right column.  All participants MUST sign the consent prior to playing intramurals.
  3. Dropping Off the Form - Once the form has be signed, you can turn it in to the Office of Recreation Services, located in the Gerhard Fieldhouse.  Beside the Intramural information board are three wooden boxes, each with a league designation (Men's, Women's, and Co-Rec).  Drop your form inside the appropriate box, and staff will collect the form at the end of the day.  NOTE:  Some sports will have a $20 forfeit fee.  Make sure to include the fee with the entry form!  You can pay by cash or check (make checks payable to Bucknell University). Make sure you turn in the entry form by the posted date to ensure your spot in our leagues. Due dates for each session can be found in the Offerings section under "Offerings and Information".
  4. Adding Players-Players may be added at any time if they are not playing for another team in that sport.  You can however play Co-Rec and Men's or Womens in the same sport.  Download the Add a Player form from the web page or have the player stop by the Office of Recreation Services and fill out an orange add a player form.
