Pennsylvania Covered Bridges
Digital Image Collection
Introduction to the Collection |
The Pennsylvania Covered Bridges collection contains over three-hundred images of covered bridges from across Pennsylvania, though most bridges are from the Susquehanna Valley region. Original photographs were taken by Dr. Nelson F. Davis, Professor of Biology at Bucknell from 1898. |
This project was one of our pilot projects as Bucknell began working to build digital collections. The collection was built to make publicly available some of Bucknell's unique materials. |
