Getting Technology Assistance
There are several ways to request technology assistance:
- Email your request to: ecst@bucknell.edu
(NOTE: DO NOT email a member of ECST directly. If that particular member is not in the office or is busy, your request may not get serviced.) - Stop by Dana 215 or Computer Center 205 and talk with us about your request.
- Faculty and staff members with desktop computing problems can call the Technology Desk (x77777) and get assistance from Library & IT (Library and Information Technology).
