Getting Technology Assistance

There are several ways to request technology assistance:

  1. Email your request to: ecst@bucknell.edu
    (NOTE: DO NOT email a member of ECST directly. If that particular member is not in the office or is busy, your request may not get serviced.)
  2. Stop by Dana 215 or Computer Center 205 and talk with us about your request.
  3. Faculty and staff members with desktop computing problems can call the Technology Desk (x77777) and get assistance from Library & IT (Library and Information Technology).
