"Being a member of the Humanities res college was the best decision I made as a Freshman. I developed close relationships with people who shared similar interests as me."

"The Humanities Residential College has been one of the biggest factors in helping me feel at home on the Bucknell campus. Getting connected with so many wonderful students (both freshmen and upper classmen) and professors so quickly after arriving on campus has made all the difference in my experience as a freshmen college student. The memories you will make, the opportunities you will be offered, and the friends you will create will not only open your mind to new thoughts and perspectives which will help you throughout your college experience, but you will form friendships that will last a lifetime."

"Choosing to enter the Humanities Residential College Program, "living learning community," was an amazing decision since I not only had the opportunity to learn under great professors but I also made wonderful friends. It is refreshing to live among engineers, pre-med students and also humanities majors who all share similar interests and become close friends. Our topics ranged from our guilty pleasure TV series (the girls laughing at the guys of course) to topics in philosophy, literature, and political science over Smash and pizza. The sense of community that the 'Rez college program creates can't be found anywhere else. <3"

"Joining a Residential College was one of the best decisions I made coming to Bucknell. It made adjusting to college so much easier, and so much more fun. There is always something going on, from trips to NYC to study groups to movie nights, and somewhere along the way you'll realize you have not just a hall but a family."
