"I am so glad that I chose to join the Society and Technology Res College. SoTech provided an interesting foundations seminar that made me question and think about how and why people use technology in their daily lives. I loved living with other people in the class who all had similar interests as me. Through SoTech, I was able to make some amazing friends, get to know interesting professors, go on fun field trips, make helpful ties with upperclassmen, and refine my knowledge and opinions of advancing technologies and their effects on society."

"Being in the Society and Technology Residential College has been an unbelievable experience. With the opportunity to become friends with people from all around the world who share similar interests as well as taking a class together really allowed everyone to bond as a class and as a hallway. Participating in the Residential College program has allowed me to make friends that I will have for life, and I would strongly encourage anyone else to do the same."

"Without a doubt, I can honestly say my decision to join the Society and Technology Residential College was the best decision I made in my entire first year at Bucknell! Being surrounded by people that share similar interests allows you to form so many great friendships that you may not find in your typical first-year hall. As a member of SoTech, you truly get to know twice as many people because our Foundation Seminar, The Future Is Now, combines both halls of So-Techers to make for an even more enjoyable academic and residential environment!"
