Financial Aid
Financial aid for international students at Bucknell University is limited and competitive to receive. Scholarships range from approximately $7,000 - $35,000 a year. Because the cost of attending the university exceeds that of our largest scholarship, students who are considering Bucknell must demonstrate their ability to contribute a minimum of $17,000 per academic year to support their education at Bucknell.
Due to yearly increases in tuition and fees, we recommend that students increase the amount of family support by an estimated 3% for each year of study. In order to apply for aid, students must submit a certified original bank statement (including U.S. dollar amount),and complete the International Student Financial Aid Application (pdf).
Bucknell's deadlines for the International Student Financial Aid Application are: November 15 for Early Decision I, or January 15 for Regular Decision and Early Decision II.
