Facilities and Hours

The Kenneth Langone Athletic and Recreation Center (KLARC) is home to 27 varsity sports as well as numerous recreation opportunities, fitness center, natatorium, climibing wall, basketball courts, tennis, racquetball and squash courts, and programming for Bucknell students, faculty/staff, and community members.

Krebs Fitness Center

The Krebs Family Fitness Center contains state-of-the art cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Featuring over 50 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, pin-select resistance machines, Hammer strength and free weights, and the Bison Stop snack bar. The facility is open to all students, faculty and staff.

Fieldhouse

The Gerhard Fieldhouse features 3 indoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, racquetball and squash courts, aerobics/dance studio, as well as indoor track and field facilities.

Nataorium

The Kinney Natatorium, which opened October 2002, houses the Swimming, Diving and Water Polo Programs for both Men and Women for the University. The new multi-purpose facility provides a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide a venue capable of attracting events for crowds of students and community fans. The Natatorium offers seating for up to 500 spectators.

Davis Gym

In early 2003, with the opening of the Sojka Pavilion, Davis Gym became the permanent home of the Bucknell volleyball program and a new facility for recreational use.

Sojka Pavilion

In January of 2003, Bucknell's new 4,000 seat basketball venue, the Sojka Pavilion was opened. Home to the varsity basketball programs, Sojka may play host to intramural championships during the coming year.

Climbing Wall

Designed and constructed by the Bucknell Outing Club, the Climbing Wall features over 1200 square feet of indoor climbing. Located in the southwest corner of the fieldhouse, "the wall" measures 22' tall and 32' wide and features a wide array of bouldering and lead routes
