Years at Bucknell: Less than 1

Best part of the job: Working with the students and staff of Bucknell University. Programming new fitness opportunities teaching new group fitness classes for the Bucknell Community.

Bio: Laurel graduated from Michigan State University in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology. She then went on to work at Northwestern University as a strength and conditioning coach from 2006-2008. In 2008 Laurel went on to work for Equinox Fitness in downtown Chicago as a personal trainer for the next four years. She joined the Bucknell University Recreation Services staff in August 2012. In her free time Laurel trains and competes in triathlons and hopes to race her first Ironman in Summer 2014.

Bio: Matt graduated from nearby Meadowbrook Christian School in 2009. He then went to Southern Wesleyan University in Central, SC where he played soccer and majored in Recreation and Leisure Services Administration. Matt graduated from Southern Wesleyan University in December 2012 and joined the Bucknell University Recreation Services staff in February 2013. Matt and his fiancée Celina will be getting married this coming July.

Best part of the job: Working with coaches, staff, and students

Bio: Connie graduated from Milton High School in 1970, and Williamsport Area Community College in 1972 with a degree in Executive Secretarial Work. In August 2007, she started her 28th year in the Bucknell Athletics Department. She has been married to her husband Greg for 34 years, and has a son Corey and daughter Kelly. Connie has two granddaughters named Mackenzie (10 years old) and Mackayla (6 years old) who she enjoys spending time with.

Best part of the job: Working outdoors while teaching Bucknell students, faculty, and staff the "sport for a lifetime"

Bio: Bob has been the Recreation Services Tennis instructor for 5 years. From 1992-2002, he was the head coach for the Bucknell Men's Tennis program, acquiring the 1997 Patriot League "Coach of the Year" award and being voted "Coach of the Year" by Bucknell's student newspaper, The Bucknellian.
