What's New?

Hog PC for one. It is WholeHog software that runs on a PC! It controls any DMXable moving light via a USB-DMX dongle. It has all the featrues of the full scale console but at about 5% of the price! The catch? User interface is through a mouse and standard keyboard. It can be a little slow to control a big show that way. Want more info? visit their site. Hog PC.

In sound we are still using LEAP/LMS but find that it's pretty thick and tedious. Yes, loudspeaker design isn't supposed to be exactly finger painting and Oreos, but it should be easier than this. So... BassBoxPro is the new kid on the block. We hope that this software, in conjunction with the crossover design companion XoverPro, will give easier, faster and better results.

Our last new puppy is one that we are really excited about. It's called SMAART Live. You may have heard of former versions of it like JBL SMAART Pro. Well, it was designed by JBL, and then bought by EAW and marketed by Siasoft.com. It's a powerful audio alalysis tool that includes up to 1/24th octave RTA, transfer functions, and an impulse response test. We use it to set up all of our audio systems.
