Office of Strategy Implementation
The Plan for Bucknell represents an unprecedented step for Bucknell and the University's determination to achieve its vision of providing "students with the premier undergraduate experience in American higher education." To move forward with the discipline required for a task as complex and important as this, the Office of Strategy Implementation was created and charged with facilitating and supporting the Bucknell community in developing tactical proposals that explicitly connect to The Plan. The office also will manage the overall implementation schedule for Plan tactics, including the tracking and reporting of progress; and identify and nourish opportunities for collaboration across the Bucknell community.
