Top Ten Reasons to Use Voicemail

1. Voice Messaging gives you the ability to communicate effectively from any touchtone phone 24 hours a day, with one person or many. In a single call you can:
   • Send messages and send copies of messages to others
   • Review, reply to and save voice messages sent by your callers
   • Record a single detailed message and distribute it to dozens of peers
2. Voice mail offers you the ability to review your messages in privacy. Your roommates no longer listen to your messages.
3. Security is not an issue with your voice mailbox. Mailboxes are password protected. Your password should not be a number that others know.

5. You may check your voice mail from any phone on campus, any phone in the state, any phone in the country or any phone in the world. The only requirement is the phone you are using must have touchtone capability.
