Visiting Campus

Located in the rolling hills of Central Pa., Lewisburg is among the nation’s top 20 small college towns. Being one of the best-preserved Victorian-era towns in the country, the borough (population 5,600) is on the U.S. Register of Historic Places. Architecture dates to the 1700s and period lampposts dot the town’s streets. Shops, fine dining, art galleries, and museums are all just a short walk from campus. Prominent on Market Street is the recently renovated Campus Theatre, one of the last authentic art deco movie houses. Opened in 1941, the theatre continues to show first-run, independent, art, and foreign films.
