Thesis Examination Committee
Instructions for Constructing a Committee
Each committee should consist of an advisor (or advisors), a second reader selected by the advisor and student, and a third examiner assigned by Honors Council. The advisor or the candidate bears responsibility for determining the defense date and communicating the date with all committee members. The student should deliver a copy of the thesis to all members of his/her examination committee by April 7, 2010, or with the permission of committee members, no later than one week before the defense date. Please contact the advisor or the Honors candidate if you have not received a copy of the thesis by the specified dates. The examination copy need not be bound, but it should be in a conveniently readable form.
