Frank J. "Biff" Williams, BSCH'66, has been awarded the 2007 Earle B. Barnes Award for Leadership in Chemical Research Management sponsored by Dow Chemical. This National Award given annually by  the American Chemical Society.   Biff, who received his PhD at Ohio State, is crrently at GE Global Research.
