Undergraduate Application to Graduate
In order to graduate, seniors must submit an Application for Undergraduate Degree to the Registrar's Office no later than Friday, September 25, 2009. Applications will be mailed to qualifying Seniors in mid-September, please contact the Registrar's Office if you do not recieve an application and feel you should.
Things to remember while completing your application:
Name to appear on Diploma, is exactly how it will appear on your diploma.
Majors and Minors are declared through the Registrar's Office with specific forms. Listing it on your application will not place it on your permanent record. If you would like to make a change or an addition to your current major or minor, please notify our office for the appropriate paperwork.
Please return all copies to the Registrar's Office. We will send the student copy to you when your eligibility is determined.
Timeline of student responsibilities leading up to degree completion and commencement ceremony:

September 25, 2009 - Last day to return Application for Undergraduate Degree to Registrar's Office.

Week of March 8, 2010 - Student copy of Application returned to student with eligibility determination for degree.

March 12, 2010 - Last day the Registrar's Office will accept transcripts for transfer credit from other institutions (to include study abroad).

March 19, 2010 - Last day students can submit Declaration of Minor cards to the Registrar's Office.

March 26, 2010 - Last day the Registrar's Office will accept Academic Progress Report adjustments/waivers from student advisers/department chairs.

March 26, 2010 - Last day students can submit changes in major or degrees to the Registrar's Office.

May 3, 2010 - Last day students may request non-participation for Commencement ceremony from the appropriate associate academic dean.
