Undergraduate Application to Graduate
In order to graduate, all students must complete an Application for Undergraduate Degree no later than Friday, September 23, 2011. Seniors studying abroad will be asked to complete the application when they return to campus
Things to remember while completing your application:
"Name to appear on Diploma" is exactly how it will appear on your diploma. The name listed must be your legal name. We cannot accept nicknames or an omission of a first name. You can use your first initial and legal middle name. You can also use your middle initial in lieu of your full middle name. Please contact the Registrar's Office if you have any questions regarding your diploma name.
Majors and Minors are declared through the Registrar's Office with specific forms. Listing it on your application will not place it on your permanent record. If you would like to make a change or an addition to your current major or minor, please notify our office for the appropriate paperwork.
Please return all copies to Window 2 in the Registrar's Office.
Timeline of student responsibilities leading up to degree completion and commencement ceremony:

September 23, 2011 - Last day to return Application for Undergraduate Degree to Registrar's Office.

March 9, 2012 - Last day students can submit Declaration of Minor forms to the Registrar's Office.

March 30, 2012 - Last day the Registrar's Office will accept transcripts for transfer credit from other institutions (to include study abroad).

March 30, 2012 - Last day students can submit changes to major or degrees to the Registrar's Office.

March 30, 2012 - Last day the Registrar's Office will accept Academic Progress Report adjustmnets/waivers from student advisers/department chairs.

May 4, 2012 - Last day students may request non-participation for Commencement ceremony from the appropriate associate academic dean.
