Building on Foundations (BOF)

If you want to be on the inside track of Bucknell University, then Building on Foundations (BOF) is for you. Whether you were a leader in high school or you have an interest in being a leader at Bucknell, BOF will open a huge world of possibilities. The undergraduate student counselors are all veterans of the previous year's program and represent a variety of campus social, religious, athletic, and service groups. This pre-orientation program will be held at the University's Brown Conference Center in Cowan, set on 40 acres of wooded grounds nine miles from campus. The purpose of BOF is to introduce opportunities for volunteer and community service, leadership, and personal development while building a community among those in attendance. BOF is sponsored by the Campus Activities and Programs Office.
