Service

The Building on Foundations Program prides itself on having diverse activities for students to choose from on our day of community service.

Past Projects have included: Geisinger Pediatric Unit, Milton YMCA, Lewisburg Red Cross, T& D Endangered large cats rescue, Lewisburg Area Recreational Authority, Evangelical Hospital, Sunflower Child Care Center and the Ronald McDonald House

Our service day is a great opportunity for both those who were active in their local community, as well as those who maybe be volunteering for the first time.

This experience gives interested students immediate contact for continued service efforts throughout their four years at Bucknell.

Because of the diversity of available projects, BOFers are able to select the opportunity that best matches their leadership style.

As BOFers help others throughout the day, they continue to develop their own skills and strengthen the relationships with those around them.
