Tennis Marjorie A. Deck Co-captain of the field hockey and basketball teams as a senior, she was selected to the Susquehanna Field Hockey Association first team and participated in the Mid-East Tournament in that sport. She was, perhaps, most outstanding in tennis and was undefeated in dual matches throughout her four-year career. As a senior, she ranked first in Pennsylvania and fifth in the East, and was recognized for her tennis accomplishments by being selected to appear in Sports Illustrated’s “Faces in the Crowd.” (Bucknell Hall of Fame Class of 1989)
