Information for Organizations
The Programs
There are many ways that non-profit organizations can access Bucknell students through the Bucknell Public Interest Program.
Internships & Full-time Experiences
Organizations who wish to offer internships and/or full-time opportunities to Bucknell students can do so in a variety of ways. These opportunities can be paid or unpaid.
All opportunities are publicized to students via our on-line recruiting system. Organizations then have three choices:
1. Collect resumes & schedule a follow-up on-campus interview (On-Campus Recruiting), or2. Collect resumes and invite qualified candidates on-site for interviews (Resume Referral)
3. Attend one of the Career Development Center's career fairs and/or networking events.
Internship Fund
The Internship Fund provides financial support for selected Bucknell University undergraduate students who have secured a full-time summer internship with a non-profit, governmental, or public interest organization in which no compensation is provided.
Organizations that offer unpaid internships can advertise those opportunities via Bucknell's on-line recruiting system (see above under Internships & Full-time Experiences).
