Quick Questions (Walk-In Career Advisement)
Monday - Friday; 1:30 – 3:30 pm; CDC
Students with quick questions pertaining to their job, graduate school or internship search should attend a QUICK QUESTIONS session for walk-in advisement. This time is first-come, first-served and is designated to provide an opportunity to have individual questions answered quickly regarding:
- tools and strategies for your search
- researching employers, industries, and occupations
- the basics of networking techniques
- communication and standard business etiquette

Interviewing Tips
Mondays; 5 pm; CDC
For questions about the recruiting program, students may attend weekly INTERVIEWING TIPS, facilitated by our Megan Adams, our Program Manager of Recruiting. This group session offers:
- information about recruitment procedures and typical interview scenarios
- inside tips about employers who recruit on campus
- a tour of CDC recruitment facilities.
Students intending to apply to law school should see JOHN FERNSLER, the Pre-Law Adviser. John conducts pre-law information sessions for students & is available for individual advisement. To meet with John, stop by the CDC or call 7-1238.
Students intending to apply to professional school in the Health Sciences should see ALISON PATTERSON, the Pre-Health Adviser. To meet with Alison, stop by the CDC or call 7-1238.
