Bucknell and Lewisburg co-host Unity Jam

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Bucknell University and the Lewisburg community will co-host the "Unity Jam: Stop the Hate Rally," Monday, Oct. 9.
Beginning at 6:45 p.m., participants with gather at Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity (located near the Observatory on Fraternity Row on the Bucknell campus) and march with representative banners to Hufnagle Park.
The formal event will begin at 7 p.m. in Hufnagle Park, where there will be a series of speeches and performances by both Bucknell and Lewisburg community members encouraging unity and standing against hate of any kind.
Participants will march down Market Street around 8 p.m. and return to campus.
Members of the local community are welcome and encouraged to participate.
