Bucknell SBDC Hosts Prebusiness Workshop at Danville

LEWISBURG, Pa. — The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Bucknell University and Service 1st Federal Credit Union will offer "The First Step: Prebusiness Workshop" Wednesday, April 14, from 9 a.m. to noon at Service 1st FCU, 1207 Bloom St., Danville.
Maureen Hauck, assistant director of business consulting at the SBDC, will cover such topics as start-up procedures and forms, business location, insurance issues, special licenses and permits, hiring employees, taxes, developing a business plan, and resources for the entrepreneur.
