Self Assessment Tools

If you are interested in exploring your interests, values, and preferences, you may benefit from doing some formal self assessment. Career assessment tools are available to you, free of charge. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Strong Interest Inventory are useful tools in career counseling. You'll be able to better answer questions such as:
- Who am I? Find out what you are really interested in doing with your life. Learn what your interests, skills and personality type is and how these factors may effect your chances for success within a chosen career area.
- What work opportunities exist for me? Explore how to match your interests and your skills to specific careers. Research occupations and relate them to your skills and abilities.
