  • Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 1:00-4:00pm - report to the Elaine Langone Center 207, 2nd Floor 
  • Friday, August 19, 2011 from 8:00am-12:00pm - report directly to your hall/floor's RA

Fall Break Closing**

  • Residence Halls will close at 5:00pm on Friday, October 7, 2011
  • Residence Halls will re-open at Noon on Tuesday, October 11, 2011

Thanksgiving Break Closing**

  • Residence Halls will close at 10:00am on Wednesday, November 23, 2011
  • Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Sunday, November 27, 2011
  • End of Semester Room Change Forms Available on Monday, November 28, 2011

Winter Break Closing†

  • Residence Halls will close at Noon on Friday, December 16, 2011
  • End of Semester Room changes occur on Saturday, December 17, 2011
  • Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Saturday, January 14, 2012

Spring Break Closing**

  • Residence Halls will close at 5:00pm on Friday, March 9, 2012
  • Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Sunday, March 18, 2012

End of Semester Closing

  • The residence halls will close at Noon on Friday, May 11, 2012 . All students who are not graduating are expected to vacate their rooms by this time.
  • Students that are staying for summer programs must be pre-registered and must move to temporary housing by Sunday, May 13, 2011. (Keys will be available starting at 2:00pm on May 11th.)
  • All students required to stay due to Commencement activities must vacate their rooms by 8:00pm on Sunday, May 20, 2012. Graduating Seniors may register to remain in their room through Sunday evening, and those requesting to do so must vacate their rooms by 10:00am on Monday, May 21, 2012.

** All students are permitted to stay in their rooms during the break, but are required to register with Housing Services.
† Only those students who have been approved by Housing Services are permitted to stay in the halls during the break (sport teams, academic requirements, international students, etc.).
