- Friday, August 21, 2009 from 8:00am-12:00pm - report directly to your hall/floor's RA

Fall Break Closing**
- Residence Halls will close at 5:00pm on Friday, October 9, 2009
- Residence Halls will re-open at Noon on Tuesday, October 13, 2009
Thanksgiving Break Closing**
- Residence Halls will close at 10:00am on Wednesday, November 25, 2009
- Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Sunday, November 29, 2009
- End of Semester Room Change Forms Available on Monday, November 30, 2009
Winter Break Closing†
- Residence Halls will close at Noon on Friday, December 18, 2009
- End of Semester Room changes occur on Saturday, December 19, 2009
- Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Saturday, January 16, 2010
Spring Break Closing**
- Residence Halls will close at 5:00pm on Friday, March 12, 2010
- Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Sunday, March 21, 2010
End of Semester Closing
- The residence halls will close at Noon on Friday, May 14, 2010 . All students who are not graduating are expected to vacate their rooms by this time.
- Students that are staying for summer programs must be pre-registered and must move to temporary housing by Sunday, May 16, 2010. (Keys will be available starting at 1:00pm on May 14th.)
- All students required to stay due to Commencement activities must vacate their rooms by 8:00pm on Sunday, May 23, 2010. Graduating Seniors may register to remain in their room through Sunday evening, and those requesting to do so must vacate their rooms by 10:00am on Monday, May 24, 2010.
** All students are permitted to stay in their rooms during the break, but are required to register with the office.
† Only those students who have been approved by the Office of Housing & Residential Lifeare permitted to stay in the halls during the break (sport teams, academic requirements, international students, etc.).
