  • Thursday, August 20, 2009 from 1:00-4:00pm - report to the Elaine Langone Center 207, 2nd Floor 
  • Friday, August 21, 2009 from 8:00am-12:00pm - report directly to your hall/floor's RA

Fall Break Closing**

  • Residence Halls will close at 5:00pm on Friday, October 9, 2009
  • Residence Halls will re-open at Noon on Tuesday, October 13, 2009

Thanksgiving Break Closing**

  • Residence Halls will close at 10:00am on Wednesday, November 25, 2009
  • Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Sunday, November 29, 2009
  • End of Semester Room Change Forms Available on Monday, November 30, 2009

Winter Break Closing†

  • Residence Halls will close at Noon on Friday, December 18, 2009
  • End of Semester Room changes occur on Saturday, December 19, 2009
  • Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Saturday, January 16, 2010

Spring Break Closing**

  • Residence Halls will close at 5:00pm on Friday, March 12, 2010
  • Residence Hall will re-open at Noon on Sunday, March 21, 2010

End of Semester Closing

  • The residence halls will close at Noon on Friday, May 14, 2010 . All students who are not graduating are expected to vacate their rooms by this time.
  • Students that are staying for summer programs must be pre-registered and must move to temporary housing by Sunday, May 16, 2010. (Keys will be available starting at 1:00pm on May 14th.)
  • All students required to stay due to Commencement activities must vacate their rooms by 8:00pm on Sunday, May 23, 2010. Graduating Seniors may register to remain in their room through Sunday evening, and those requesting to do so must vacate their rooms by 10:00am on Monday, May 24, 2010.

** All students are permitted to stay in their rooms during the break, but are required to register with the office.
Only those students who have been approved by the Office of Housing & Residential Lifeare permitted to stay in the halls during the break (sport teams, academic requirements, international students, etc.).
