A macro-economist whose research in theory and policy utilizes the complimentary analytical strengths of the Keynesian and Marxian traditions to analyze business cycles, investment dynamics, and financial crisis theory. One of the leading scholars on John Maynard Keynes and Hyman Minsky, Ph.D. Carnegie-Mellon. He has published in the following journals: Monthly Review, the American Economic Review, the Review of Radical Political Economy, the Cambridge Journal of Economics, the Quarterly Journal of Economics, the Journal of Economic Literature, the Journal of Post-Keynesian Economics. Recent publications: “The Neoliberal Paradox: The Impact of Destructive Product Market Competition and Finance on Nonfinancial Corporations in the Neoliberal Era,” Review of Radical Political Economy “ (2003), A Political-Economic Analysis of the Failure of Restructuring in Post-Crisis Korea”, Cambridge Journal of Economics (2002).
