One Day Workshops
These workshops are taught by talented Bucknell students eager to share their enthusiasm for the medium at hand. Workshops are free but limited in the number of participants. Students, faculty, staff, and community members are welcome to register. Participants must be over the age of 12 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Pottery Wheel Workshop: September 20, 12-3pm. Limit 5 participants. Introduction to Stained Glass: October 3, 4-6pm. Limit 8 participants. Bead Jewelry Workshop: October 17, 4-6pm. Limit 8 participants. Bead Jewelry Workshop: Novemebr 22, 2-4pm. Limit 8 participants. Gingerbread Houses: December 8, 6-8pm. Limit 8 participants. Glaze Basics: Nov 8, 12-4pm. Limit 12 participants. This workshop focuses on the mixing and application of ceramic glazes and stoneware. A wide range of methods will be covered. Anyone that works in clay will benefit from this informative workshop. Students should bring their own pieces, already bisque fired, to the class. |
