WriterDillard is 2nd aministrator to step down this year Mark Dillard, former director of strategy implementation, has left for Atlanta, Ga. after three years of working at the University. This marks the second departure of a top administrator this semester. Gene Spencer '76, associate vice president for Information Services and Resources, officially departed from his post yesterday. Dillard left his position in the OSI after just six months on the job. The Office of Strategy Implementation (OSI) was created last May with "the responsibility of assisting the Bucknell community in developing tactical proposals that can fulfill the five strategies outlines in The Plan for Bucknell," according to a campus-wide email sent out by University President Mitchell last spring.
