Alumni Experiences
Bucknell environmental alumni pursue many different kinds of rewarding careers.
Bucknell environmental alumni are very successful in their post-graduate endeavors.
Some work in flelds directly related to their majors, many have attended graduate school to develop futher skills in related fields, and some work in completely independent fields.
"Starter" jobs in non-profits, as technicians or teachers, or in non-environmental fields frequently lead into permanent environmentally related positons. The Bucknell Career Development Center is especially active in helping students to find jobs outside the conventional corporate / business realms.
Most students expect to attend graduate school at some point in their career path, as advanced degrees are critical to advancement in most occupations.
